Ammos — meaning “sand” in Greek — brings the relaxed spirit of the Mediterranean to the garden of EOS. Inspired by the laid-back beach bars of Bodrum, Mykonos and the Greek islands, the space combines white sand, natural textures, Mediterranean greenery and the character of Miami’s historic coral-rock pump house. It’s an outdoor setting made for golden-hour drinks, warm evenings and staying a little longer.

There’s no need to settle in at a table. Simply order a glass of wine or a drink from the bar, find your spot in the garden and make the space your own. Come for after-work drinks, meet friends for a casual evening, or continue the night after dinner at EOS.
